Cost of Therapy

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy costs $160 per 50 minute session. Extended EMDR 90 minute sessions are $240.

*Sliding scale rates offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. I prioritize folx who have been historically excluded (race, class, LGBTQIA+, ability.) If you would benefit, please directly ask if any slots are open.

  • Couple/Relational Therapy

Couple and Relational therapy costs $180 per 50 minute session. Extended 90 minute sessions are $270.

After our initial intake session, I do require an individual session with each partner where a Sexual Health History Assessment will be conducted.

  • Insurance

I currently accept Premera and Lifewise insurance. If you would like to work together, but don’t have insurance I accept, I can provide out of network services. As an out of network provider I am able to offer you billing information that you are able to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement at their out-of-network rate. These are referred to as superbills. Depending on your plan, you generally get reimbursed for some, if not all, of session fees. Feel free to connect with me and I can help guide you through the process!

  • Session Information

My hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm. I am currently providing therapy services via Telehealth (virtual video sessions). I utilize Simple Practice, a secure online platform geared for therapists and their clients.

If we choose to work together, I will provide you with the online portal login giving you access to all the forms required to get started, the ability to reschedule sessions, and to help aid the process for obtaining superbills for your reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
